NRT - protection for buildings without a NBC-shelter
The NRT is the ideal solution for protecting buildings without existing NBC-shelter.
The NRT system consists of a NBC resistant soft chamber (NBC tent) and a NBC Air Filtration Unit (AFU).
Air is flowed into the NBC resistant tent by the AFU electric blower, with no need to change the existing infrastructure.
The NRT serves as a barrier against all known chemical and biological agents. Together with a high-capacity NBC AFU as air
supply, the system enables a safe and convenient stay and free movement inside the tent in a contaminated environment, without the need for wearing gas masks and protective clothing.
The AFU is operated using an ordinary AC power outlet and includes an integrated rechargeable battery for additional 10 hours operation in case of power failure. A manual blower is included as additional backup as well.
Once the NRT is installed and operated, it transforms an existing ordinary room into a Toxic Free Area (TFA) by using relatively simple means.

The Tent
The tent is made of laminated fabric, tested to be gas tight according to MIL-STD 282 Method 4.
The tent measures 2.5m x 2.5m x 2.2m, providing 6.25m2 floor space.
The tent comfortably accommodates up to 10 persons
AFU - Air Filtration Unit
Consists of filter unit, blower unit, an overpressure relief valve, and an emergency backup manual blower.
The system was tested and approved in accordance with relevant military standards and ISTN-4570.

Stabilization Poles
The telescoping stabilization poles can be adjusted according to room height, between 1.9m and 3m. After fastening the poles, the tent can be attached to the poles.
Airlock (Optional)
The optional airlock has an integrated airflow laminated sheet for maximal filtration and decontamination.
Special air exhaust valves improve the flushing of the whole chamber as well.
Heavy-duty zippers serve as doors and allow operation even with protective clothing (NBC-proof gloves).
